  • Apple added a new “Repair state” feature that allows users to confirm their Apple ID and password when they send their Apple iPhone for repair.  
  • The feature allows Apple Technicians to identify the owner of the phone and proceed to iPhone repair without turning off the Find My and Stolen Device Protection.
  • The feature also allows users to the device while they give the phone for repair.
  • Apple News+ feature:
  • New daily word game for the users in the Apple News+ app. 
  • The users from the US and Canada will find the game titled “Quartiles” with the next update iOS 17.5. 
  • Disable for third-party tracker:
  • The users can now disable the unwanted third-party item trackers, making the iPhones more secure.
  • The system will also receive an alert for the nearby third-party tracker.
